Hi! Just wanted to let you guys know that Hackles ROCKS! One of my favorite moments was when Hackles said to Preston, "You've gotta initialize your variables!". Hehe. Happy birthday, Jen!

I really enjoyed reading your strips. Excellent work. A "computer guy" myself, I found it most enjoyable reading about "hackling" today's technology. My favorite was the ask jeeves strip...so far.

I really enjoy the strips that you provide for our enjoyment. My calendar has been on spin cycle recently. Challenges come in herds.
End users can be high maintenance, but they are the focus of all our work. I don't think they realize that when they are whining that they are distracting us from fixing their problems. I have found that it is good to have a "communication" person in addition to the tech to keep the end users up to date while the tech works without interruptions.
Prayer is effective when dealing with troublesome network problems. I will be praying for both Drake and Jen.
I would like to see what happens when Vic meets with Hackles, but I will be patient.
Thanks for all the hard work,
Jonathan Hutchins
